Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes a public booking page, unlimited online bookings, 1 service, and 1 staff member. No credit card required.
Do I need a website?
No. agend.pt gives you a public booking page at agend.pt/your-name that works on any device. You can also embed the booking widget on your own site if you have one.
What if some clients don't want to book online?
You can create bookings directly from the backoffice, with the same automatic reminders. Many businesses run in mixed mode: some clients book through the link, others by phone or in person.
How do payments work?
On paid plans, you can require online deposits at the time of booking. This reduces no-shows. The remainder is paid on-site.
Can I manage multiple staff members?
Yes. Each staff member gets their own schedule, time off, and service assignments. Customers choose who they want when booking.
Can customers cancel or reschedule?
Customers receive a secure link to view their booking. They can cancel directly from that page. Rescheduling is handled by the business owner.
Does it work with Google Calendar?
Yes. Confirmed bookings sync to your Google Calendar automatically. You can also enable conflict protection so double-bookings are prevented.
