1. Acceptance of terms
agend.pt is operated by Diogo Dias and based in Portugal. By using agend.pt, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Service description
agend.pt is an online booking platform that lets professionals receive and manage appointments from their clients.
3. Accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- A person or business may hold only one account.
4. Free, Premium, and Pro plans
- Free: unlimited bookings, 1 service, 1 staff member, and a public page with agend.pt branding.
- Premium (€11.99/month plus VAT): unlimited bookings, services, and staff, no agend.pt branding, a custom URL, website widget, online payments, and Google Calendar sync.
- Pro (€17.99/month plus VAT): everything in Premium plus SMS notifications with an included monthly allowance.
Premium and Pro include a 14-day cardless trial. After activating a subscription, you can cancel it at any time through the billing portal.
5. Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring monthly charges. VAT is added to the base price as required by law. Booking deposits may be processed by payment providers connected by the professional.
6. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Paid access continues until the end of the billed period.
- You can delete your account at any time, which removes associated data from active systems.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use agend.pt for:
- Illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Spam or unsolicited communications.
- Collecting other users' data without consent.
8. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided as is.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, agend.pt is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including missed bookings or scheduling conflicts.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Portugal.
