Pricing questions
Can I use agend.pt for free?
Yes. The free plan includes a public booking page, unlimited online bookings, 1 service, and 1 staff member, with agend.pt branding.
What is the difference between Premium and Pro?
Premium removes the service and staff limits and agend.pt branding, unlocks a custom URL, online payments and a waiting list for fully booked services. Pro includes all of that plus the AI assistant by voice and text, the Claude and ChatGPT connector, SMS notifications and automatic Google review requests.
Can I use agend.pt from Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Paste https://agend.pt/mcp as a custom connector in Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP-compatible AI app (in the versions that support custom connectors), sign in to agend.pt and tap Allow. The AI then uses the same tools as the dashboard assistant. Claude and ChatGPT ask for your approval before each change. You can revoke access at any time in Integrations → AI assistants.
Can I ask customers questions when they book?
Yes. In the booking form you add your own questions, besides name, phone and email. The free plan includes 1 question, plus consent questions, which do not count towards the limit. Premium and Pro allow up to 20 active questions per business, consent questions included. Sending the link to request missing answers by SMS is Pro only.
Do I need a credit card to try it?
No. You can create a free account without a card and try paid plans for free.
Are there per-booking fees?
agend.pt does not charge booking commissions. Payment processors such as Stripe may charge their own processing fees.
I already pay for another booking tool. Is there a reason to switch?
Yes: 3 months free on monthly Premium or Pro. Create your account, subscribe to the plan and send us the latest invoice from your current tool at hello@agend.pt. We credit the 3 months after the first one. You don't need to cancel anything on day one.
